In the time that has elapsed since the MSC’s last National Awareness Day in September 2015, much has changed in the UK’S social and legislative fabric and the tempo may continue in the remaining months before our next gathering on September 17, 2022.
Viewed from a Biblical perspective, the challenges to us as believers in our freedom of conscience have increased and one of the objectives at our 2022 Awareness Day will be to identify areas of legislative concern. We can then be more prepared when situations arise in our lives be it in our personal circumstances, ecclesial organisation and publicity or in the work place. It is our wish that the day will be a positive and faith strengthening experience for all attendees. In keeping with this aim, the overall theme for the day is ‘Union with Christ’ and our time together will consist of an opening main session, break out classes dealing with specific topics of interest and closing with an encouraging devotional session for all.
Tea or coffee on arrival, a buffet lunch and afternoon tea will be provided for all delegates by the school’s dedicated catering team. Our children and young people will have the benefit of their own classes and during the afternoon will be able to participate in some sporting activity to break up the day for them.
Our National Awareness Day will be held at: Harper Adams College, Newport, Shropshire.
